Like Cramer RM Task Engine, Delivery Engine, Sync Engine etc. - Should be good in Core Java or PL / SQL concepts hands on. - UNIX, Ant scripts familiarity is must - J2EE bundling & deployment fundamentals, J2EE (JSP / JMS / EJB) is an added advantage.
