Job Description

Brief about the project
- Support of Siebel 8.1.1, Siebel 7.5.3, OBIEE 10.1.3.4, Oracle CRM On demand and Java based eSupport .
- Incident & problem management, change request and ongoing maintenance releases.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for Siebel & OBIEE application support incidents & problems. Will be the main point of contact for Asia pacific customers.
- Provide support to ongoing maintenance releases via estimation, design, development, testing & implementation.
- Mentor the team on technical issues and help in resolution.
- Ensure adherence to the SLA & own business critical and high priority issue resolution.
- Follow up with Oracle support on open service requests & ensure closure of products issues/bugs.
- Should have led at least a small team in an offshore/onsite model for a minimum of 1.5 yrs.

- Technical Skills Required:· 4 GL Programming Language (VB, C++, Java, etc.)· Working knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or DB2 database environments· Working knowledge of Java, XML and HTML· Siebel technology components, including but not limited to:o Integration Objects, Workflow, Assignment Manager, Business Services, State modelso CTI configuration and scriptingo eScript, EBC,VBCo Web templates programmingo Business components / business objects - links, joins, MVG, scripting, user properties, inclusion of columns, Siebel tableso Configuration and management of views, screens, responsibilities
