Responsibilities:
- Gap analysis, package evaluation and implementation
- Create architecture and design document
- Model business processes in a functional area onto the package using prior implementation experience
- Configure /assist in evaluating industry requirements on the products
- Have practical experience of having handled at least one module/ technology/ tool, is able to understand requirements in that one process area/ technology domain area
- Strong analytical abilities, communication skills and client interfacing skills
Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology/ Master of Computer Applications/ Master of Engineering/ Master of Technology/ Master of Business Administration/ Chartered Accountant
Skillset:
SAP: SAP FICO, SAP SD, SAP CRM, SAP BI/BW, SAP APO/SRM, SAP HR, SAP Security, SAP Netweaver, ABAP, Basis, New Dimension Products (SEM, PLM, GRC), and Net Weaver components (EP, XI, BI, WAS, MDM, MI)
Oracle: All Oracle ERP modules, Oracle Apps DBA, OAF, ADF, and Oracle Apps Tech stack
Oracle Fusion: Fusion Admin, Architects in Oracle SOA technologies and ODI, Oracle Clinical, Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub, OTM - GLOG, Primavera, Oracle Retail - RIB, RMS, RPM, SIM, ReSA, ORPOS, RMFP, RDF, RDW, and Oracle Utilities

Siebel: All modules of Siebel and Siebel Vertical applications (eFinance, eCommunications, ePharma, eClinical, eEnergy/Utilities), Siebel UAN/UCM, Siebel Application Admin, and Siebel EAI/EIM/Scripting/Configuration/Workflows
Other CRM Applications: Clarify, Oracle CRM, SAP CRM and PeopleSoft CRM, and Chordiant.
BPM-EAI: Pega, Savvion, FileNet, TIBCO, WBI, BizTalk, Web Methods, SAP PI, Oracle FMW, WLI, WebLogic/Tuxedo Middleware, SeeBeyond, Vitria, GIS, Mercator, Java/J2EE, JMS, SOA, Web Services, B2B experience in standards like RosettaNet, EDI, SWIFT, HIPAA, etc.
