   The JDA Business Applications Team is seeking a PeopleSoft CRM Architect (60% [Functional] + 40% [Technical]) to successfully manage their Enterprise-wide application. This position will have functional responsibility for the following PeopleSoft CRM modules – Support, Call Center, HR Helpdesk, ERMS & Enterprise Portal (EP)

 Responsibilities:

• Define Functional specification for new module implementation and customizations. Should be able to do fit gap analysis & translate them into technical specifications and co-ordinate with Technical Team
• Responsible for working with the users to better understand and gather the requirements and document those requirements for potential modifications or process changes
• Adept in solving production support issues and finding out a root cause analysis on similar issues.
• Mentor and guide Junior Resource on Functional questions.
• Identify gaps and solutions between JDA business processes and PeopleSoft delivered functionality.
• Ability to extract business data from PeopleSoft system to provide users with accurate reporting.
• Interact with Client and manage their expectations independently
• This person will be the lead for all new implementations & major enhancements

Required Skills

• Strong functional knowledge in PSFT CRM – Support, Call Center, HR Helpdesk, ERMS & Enterprise Portal (EP).
• Should have 6+ yrs of PSFT experience.
• Should have had excellent implementation experience in multiple assignments (not just support & maintenance)
• Strong Technical knowledge on PeopleSoft Tools (App Engine, CI, People Code, IB, App Messaging )
• Upgrade experience will be beneficial
• Team Lead experience will be a bonus, but not necessary.
• Experience in Java, JSP, .Net and other open-system languages will be helpful
• Excellent Communication Skills.
