| Job Description : | L1 BUSINESS SUPPORT - ORACLE ORACLE Specialist
1. POSITION PURPOSE: We are looking for candidates who would like to join the Capgemini engagement as an Oracle specialist. 2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Provide L1 support, development and maintenance of Oracle, Business Object application and other internal tools and solutions · Work closely with all F&A teams · Responsible for communication with internal and external clients · Act as an advisory, technical support for Oracle (GFS) application · Work on UAT for any changes in the system change/upgrade/implementation · Prepare and conduct trainings for end users · Identify areas for potential system improvements 3. REQUIREMENTS: · 3 to 6 years of experience on Oracle Apps functional · Modules: Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, PA), Experience in Project costing and billing would be preferred. 11i/GFS · Knowledge of financial cycles and processes · Good communication skills · Ability to work in client facing roles; candidate should be self-motivated and willing to work in shifts · Pro-active and issue solver who can come up with the possible solutions/improvements · Ability to conduct trainings and present the findings in a good manner 4. DESIRABLE TECHNOLOGIES • ORACLE • Business Objects, or similar (MS Access etc) • SQL | ||||||||
