Skills & Experience Required	:	Skills: J2EE , OOD principles with ability to implement them in a language of choice (Java/J2EE) & well versed with SOA and related principles Experience Required(Description) : J2EE Solution Architect: ----------------- Candidate must have 9+ years experience in Architecture, designing and developing objected oriented application with good hands on experience in J2EE development • Must have experience in defining architecture for enterprise grade J2ee based application • Strong OOD principles, with ability to implement them in a language of choice (Java/J2EE) & well versed with SOA and related principles • Must have experience in technically handling complete application development life cycle for Java/J2ee • Must be strong in Core Java/JSP/Servlets [J2EE] fundamentals • Experience in mentoring and leading team of developers technically. • Must have good interpersonal skills • Good communication and customer handling skills. • Ability to interface with customers on the architecture and design aspects • SCJP – will have added advantage
