1. Understand the functional and technical flow from a country standpoint. Ensure business as-usual tasks are completed.
2. Follow development and release process for defect fixes and enhancements.
3. Understand the BRD, BSD and modify/update Interface Specfication Documents when necessary.
4. Identify repeated issues and analyze the code/architecture and develop a strategic solution.
5. Develop/modify interfaces a per the specifications. Understand and follow development processes. Also give suggestions on the improvement of processes
