1. Ability to deliver PS Finance implementation, upgrade, ERP assessment, ERP enrichment and transformation projects, should be able to come up with innovative ideas to develop solutions on top of PSoft.
2. Ability to help team in developing tools and come out with innovative ideas.
3. Must be able to constructively contribute to the Pre-Sales activities - presentation to end customers, proposals, design and create solutions and POCs.
4. He should have high initiative to work on his own without guidance and develop PS competency - "Must be able to lead a project and work with the team. Should be a leader material, self motivated and energized. He should have high initiative to work on his own without guidance and develop PS competency - both in terms of our capability to deliver things in PS Finance AND in terms of hiring more PS Finance functional and technical resources a/c levels. He should be extremely client facing - this is a no-compromise requirement. His communication should be very clear and simple, should not go round & round. He should align with the Practice leaders. HAS TO BE A VERY FLEXIBLE, MOTIVATED AND OPEN MINDED PERSONALITY.
