Customer:Provides technical consultation and troubleshooting with customers concerning development and maintenance of software system.
Business:Assists in defining, planning, and justifying (in business terms) projects to develop/implement automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes.
Financial:Analyzes costs and vendor capabilities related to software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
