- A Senior Associate Technology contributes to Sapient engagements by owning design and implementation of a complex and large application module (or multiple modules) as an individual contributor or a track lead.
- - 4-8 years of experience in systems integration and development, package implementation and or interactive design in Java and J2EE
- - Strong Design & Development (design patterns/coding) experience in Java/J2EE & UML Proficiency
- - Ability to abstract detail into larger (repeatable) patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques
- - Proven leadership and managerial skills to "independently" manage a track of work, with 4 - 7 people, during multiple phases of the project lifecycle
- - Understanding of the project life cycle process to effectively be able to manage a sub-team through the complexities of the business solution
- - Full Time Bachelor's / Master's degree (Science or Engineering preferred)
