Description
 
·         Requirements gathering and analysis skills.
·         Experience in Design, Development and Implementation of End to End Application Integration.
·         Create solution architecture and design using standard methodologies and tools.
·         Expert on Business Process Automation design and development using TIBCO Business Works.
·         Expert on using Tibco ADB adapter, File adapter
·         Expert on Deploying TIBCO Applications using TIBCO Administrator.
·         Hands on in implementing and configuring TIBCO EMS/JMS based solution
·         Hands on in developing monitoring scripts using TIBCO Hawk
·         Hands on in Tibco iProcess modelling                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Ability to Install, configure, troubleshoot, and administer TIBCO BPM/ESB tools
·         Expertise in XML, XPATH and XSLT
·         Optional:Hands on in Business Events,CIM,iProcess Conductor.
·         Ability to conduct Unit and Integration testing of code components.Support UAT activities.
·         Mentoring those less experienced through formal and informal channels
 
Qualifications: MCA or BTECH

Experience: 8 - 15 yrs
