Job Profile	Should have worked at customer sites, involved in direct customer interactions for requirements & technical discussions. Handling the design and development of complex modules with minimal supervision.
Candidate Profile	Strong experience on Adobe Flex 3, Adobe Flex 4 and Adobe Flash technologies. Very Strong knowledge on Application development Flex, such as MXML and Action Script, creating applications using Flex components, Flex Data Model, error handling, analyzing, designing, and deploying Flex applications.Experience in using different architectures like Cairngorm architecture and PureMVC architecture in developing Rich Internet Applications (RIA) using Flex.Strong experience in using design patterns in Presentation tier, business tier and Integration tier such as MVC, Front Controller, Singleton, Data Access Object, Service Locator, Session Façade, Data Transfer Object, Business Delegate, Service Locator, etc
Others If any	Working experience in development of Web based BI solutions, Working knowledge Selenium for Flex Test Automation, Integration experience with Java based Server Side.
