They gather and analyze customer requirements based on our core software product; consult, plan and install our project infrastructure. The Software Product Technical Specialist will implement and migrate our software solution, including customer specific customizations and could act as the single point of contact for our customers on site
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in software product implementation, preferrably with complex enterprise solutions
- programming experience with .Net (vb.net, asp.net)
- Microsoft infrastructure knowledge, including systems, databases- SQL Server and/or Oracle
- A university degree with Information Technology relation and three years of practical work experience

- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Must display professionalism and confidence
- Excellent customer service skills
