Job description Job Description: IBM GBSC CTE/AIS team focus on developing the reusable asset to accelerate software development and delivery. In this team you will have chance to Work on the MDD/MDA technologies Work on the customer solutions with various software assets Work on the Cloud technologies Practice Agile development methodology Job Responsibilities: Work with WW team to develop innovational software for IBM. Analysis the business requirements and design, develop the solution by leveraging multiple IBM middleware products. Work with the local team to deliver high quality software including Java frameworks, libraries and tools. Responsible for the design, coding, unit testing, defect fixing, etc Required Skills: At least 2 years software design and development experience. Strong technical skills in Java SE/EE applications development, strong programming skills. Strong skills of problem analysis and solving Has strong interest in new technologies and able to pickup quickly Good communication skills in both mandarin and English Good team player, self-motivated, quick learner Familiar with Linux system Experience with agile development is a plus Familiar with IBM middleware (WAS, DB2) is a plus Familiar with Rational Team Concert is a plus Familiar with Open Source Frameworks and libraries is a plus Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates) - Degree: MS or BS degree, major in CS or equivalent - English: Fluent - Chinese simplified: Fluent Required:  MS or BS degree, major in CS or equivalent  English: Fluent Local experience: ( 2 ) years at least
