| Job Category: IT Location: Hyderabad, IN Job ID: 748999-36740 Division: IT This Job is eligible for the following work arrangements :Flex Time Responsibilities - Partner with Solution Delivery, Dev, Test and Support teams in analyzing requirements, analyzing data impacts, proposing designs, developing specs, converting those out to detailed designs - Perform business requirements analysis, develop functional specifications, drive effective communication and build consensus across functional groups - Engage solution delivery managers and IT engineers effectively building a âeuro˜trusted advisorâeuro™ relationship with these teams through consistent on-time, on-budget and High quality delivery - Act as the virtual team owner of your feature through the SDLC, balancing resources, schedule, scope, and commitments required to deliver the feature - Remove obstacles and create clarity and consensus to lead decisions on end to end solutions - Drive data analysis and data quality issues, investigate solutions, coordinate response from Dev/Test Teams, and follow up to ensure speedy resolution - Drive risk management for the solution and ensure compliance with the MSIT delivery framework - Coordinate deliverables and dependencies with other teams across business/IT groups to meet project milestones Professional Qualifications: - 8+ years of overall experience that includes IT/ Engineering experience, working in complex Data driven applications - Experience with shipping full project release as Project/Program Manager, from release inception through post go live support - Good project management skills and with a track record of successful launches on time and within budget - Excellent communication, stakeholder relationship skills, and customer experience focus - Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across groups and all management levels - Effective time management in complex situations - Should be able to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a constantly changing environment - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Demonstrated passion for quality and attention to detail - Experience with relational database using SQL Server Educational Qualifications: BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or a related field | |
