Organization: Business Process Outsourcing
People within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Typically, people in BPO are based permanently at a client location. BPO helps clients develop and deliver business process innovations with cutting-edge outsourcing services. These services transform enterprises and deliver high performance at lower costs. Responsible for analysis, design, code, and testing of multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of complex modules and those that interface with other applications. Has a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by the Product Development Team. May be required to participate in pager/on-call support. Reports to a Product Development Team Lead/Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year developing with C# (.NET) or JAVA
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Skills:
- Experienced in development code generation, build automation and automated unit testing.
- Knowledge of enterprise level applications and multi-tiered architectures.
- Ability to adhere to and contribute to development based standards and conventions.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
