Expertise	Must have a Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field, plus two years of IT experience using CRAMER, and one year of experience using J2EE, and Oracle Database.  All experience may be acquired concurrently.  In lieu of a Master's degree and two (2) year of experience, we will accept a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Sciene, Engineering (any) or related field plus five (5) years of progressive experience in the IT field.  Two of the five years of progressive experience must include experience with CRAMER and one year must include J2EE and Oracle Database.  All experience may be acquired concurrently.

Job Profile	Team Lead is required to lead a team of IT professionals to gather and analysze business requirements and computer software requirements for upgrades for the Order Management System (OMS).  The Team Lead will identify project scope and develop and propose solutions for achieving business and computer software requirements.  Perform process flow analysis, create and maintain use cases, develop business processing modeling standards, and prepare data flow charts.  Lead IT team to develop, design and implement computer software and peform system and Software qualifyt assurance testing.
