Job description We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to be part of an international team developing a software product that will be based on Sterling Commerce Order Management System (OMS) infrastructure. The product will be built using Rich Internet Application (RIA) technologies such as JavaScript, Ajax, and Dojo. To be a good candidate, you need a deep technical background and experience on web development. You'll be one of the team's web development experts. You'll utilize your web technical skills and experience to provide guidance to other developers during the development of browser and server-side assets. You'll work within an agile development team with minimal guidance. You'll also be expected to develop web application code and widgets and will be responsible for creating the designs, unit tests and documentation materials for the stories that you are responsible for. As the web development expert, you'll be responsible for reviewing and contributing to designs from other developers and to provide consultation on web development matters by answering questions from architects, leads and developers. In addition to your Web development knowledge, you need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, leadership and excellent communication skills.
