The Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) Team works on making this promise real. DLM team owns the charter of System Center Data Protection Manager (SCDPM) and other data protection technologies. As part of the Cloud & DataCenter Management division In India this team is looking at how to best allow customers to move data & applications to the cloud. Your Responsibility As a dev-lead you will lead a team of developers designing & building product/services for managing data across on-premise and cloud environments. This would involve building features as well as influencing architecture of on-premise and cloud solution to meet the needs of customers looking at leveraging the cloud to protect data & applications. This position will call on your technical strengths to build large scale, reliable & manageable systems. If you are a Development Lead who’s looking for deep technical challenges and a chance to work with and mentor a high performance team of developers, this is the job for you! Location This position is based out of the India Development Center in Hyderabad - occasional travel to Redmond will be required. Requirements Strong technical background including 10+ years of software development experience Strong hands-on, practical working knowledge and experience in .NET, C/C++/C#, and Windows system development 4+ years development lead role and proven track record throughout the product development cycle Proven ability to build and lead development teams, as well as develop strong engineering leads and developers Strong technical aptitude, problem solving abilities and sound decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure to meet the project schedule BA/BS degree or above in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent technical experience is required Experience in building service software is an additional advantage. | |
